BandCare

For the past 10+ years, we have worked to help the homeless situation by going out into the streets of King County, passing out fliers and encouraging the homeless, women, veterans and others to seek housing, job training, jobs, substance abuse, mental health and other social service providers, so that our primary goal is to help them heal and to become self-sufficient.

Our "BandCare" service for 2023 will include a new and unique way to help the homeless keep better access to the referrals that we give them. It would make it better for the homeless in the sense that they sometimes  lose most flyer and card information that is given to them that contains resource information for housing, social services, job training and jobs. "BandCare" will allow them faster access to contacting the agencies that can help them to get off the streets..
